1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order of this Court dated 03.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.6387 of 2019 has substantially stood complied with, however the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
