JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 19.1.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24742 of 2022, to the extent it has been observed therein that the petitioner is an accused in seven other cases, converse to the actual fact that the petitioner is an accused in eight other cases. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, it had been incorrectly mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the main petition, itself that the petitioner is an accused in seven other cases, whereas, the fact is that the petitioner is an accused in eight other criminal cases, as has been indicated in paragraph no. 3 of the present petition. Thus it is submitted that necessary corrections be directed to be made in the order dated 19.01.2023, as regards the antecedent of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71905 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to modify the order dated 19.1.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24742 of 2022, to the extent it has been observed therein that the petitioner is an accused in seven other cases and direct that the said observation be deemed to be read as:- "the petitioner is an accused in eight other cases".
