This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation of firing and commission of injury and death is against male accused persons. The allegation against the petitioners, who are females, is that they had brought the gun from the house and handed over to the male accused persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that false implication is just to harass them. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23212 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
