Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Inarwa P.S.Case no.24 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,341, 353, 337, 186, 188, 109, 431, 427, 386, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. Allegation as per the FIR is that when the informant was checking the vehicle, the petitioners reached there along with the several other named and unnamed accused persons, protested the checking, attacked the police party and when the reinforcement forces reached there they fled away leaving behind the motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47727 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 that though he is named in the FIR but nothing specific has been attributed against him. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri K.K. Shahi, J.M. Ist class, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Inarwa P.S.Case no.24 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
