2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 860 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others were caught planning a loot. One country made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in 17 cases. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024.

4. It appears that the petitioner is a dreaded criminal

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
