JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chandi P.S.Case No. 120 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 376, 511, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Security Guard of the School and some people attacked on another guard of the school and started ransacking the school, in the meanwhile, the petitioner also turned up therein to save their life, opened fire in the air from his licensee arm. The said school guard Karun Kumar lodged the Police case earlier to present one thereafter their case was lodged as counter blast. The

No.3438 of 2018 (4) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 police had also instituted a case against villager separately with similar allegation and the investigation is completed in this case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Govind Singh @ Govind singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S.Case No. 120 of 2017, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall be present on every day before the trial court and in case of absence on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
