JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 13.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21161 of 2015. On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that other co-accused, namely, Manak Kumar, was granted bail on the ground that he had already completed six months in custody and the charge sheet was submitted in the case. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 04.02.2015 and he is to complete the period of six months on 04.08.2015 but due to typographical error in the order dated 13.07.2015 it has been mentioned as 'after completion of nine months in custody from 04.02.2015' in the submission of the petitioner as well as in the concluding part of the order.

The order dated 13.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21161 of 2015 is modified to the extent that period of 'six months' be read in place of 'nine months'.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38061 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Since the petitioner has already completed the said period of six months, he is directed to be released forthwith. With the aforesaid modification and direction, the present application is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to learned A.C.J.M., Barh, in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 135 of 2014.
