The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case, in short, is that one country made pistol, two live cartridges and a motorcycle are said to have been recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-10-2018. Charge sheet in this case has already been submitted. one country made pistol, two live cartridges and a motorcycle are recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 of the Cr. P.C. It has further been submitted that the petitioner may be released

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. The petitioner has criminal antecedent of 15 cases.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that after completion of one year in custody, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
