The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Dharamdeo Sahni threw bomb due to non-payment of extortion money at the instigation of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner Bharat Sahni was in custody on the date of occurrence. The investigating officer did not collect any evidence to show that the occurrence took place at the instigation of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.06.2013 and has remained in jail for more than two years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
