The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with Farsa on the head of Dhanesh Prasad Yadav, the informant, but the injury found on the head of informant is opined to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Motihari (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 380/2013.
