ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2016 The Petitioners, who are not even direct relations of the Complainant, seek quashing of the order dated 28.5.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad in Complaint case No.602 of 2009 (Trial No.717 of 2010).
The case of the Complainant is that she was married to one Prince Kumar in the year 2006, whereafter when she went to her matrimonial home but she was tortured for ends of dowry.

No.7210 of 2011 dt.09-05-2016 2/2 The submission of the Petitioners is that they are distantly related to the husband of the Complainant and had no reason to interfere in the domestic affairs of the Complainant or her in-laws. Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the proceedings including the order dated 28.5.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad in Complaint case No.602 of 2009 (Trial No.717 of 2010) is hereby set aside so far as the Petitioners are concerned.
