JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2019 arising out of Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, dated 07.02.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 400, 401 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested from the house of one Pappu Yadav. It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that because of his tainted background, he has been made accused in this case. There is no incriminating material whatsoever against him and the only recovery which is said

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner/Raman Yadav @ Raman Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2019 arising out of Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019.
