The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Md. Meraj four years ago but his daughter had been done to death.

It is submitted that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he has no longer concern with the family affairs of his son and daughter-in-law. The petitioner is in jail since 01.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39237 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015.
