This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 160 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation as also the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
