Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, demand of dowry was made at the time of marriage but the aforesaid dispute was settled in a Panchyati and after that marriage was solemnized. It would appear from the fardbeyan of the informant that after marriage, no demand of dowry was made and it is only stated that petitioners refused to provide any help to the deceased. Moreover, deceased died of poisoning.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the period of detention of the petitioners who are in jail custody since 28.1.2015 and 24.6.2015 respectively, let the petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38124 of 2015 (3) dt.05-11-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sidharth Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court in Sandesh P.S. Case no. 20/2015.
