The petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.06.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of assault by the accused persons regarding filling soil in well and snatched Rs.15,000/- of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is a case and counter case between the parties. Both parties are neighbour. For a petty reason, the alleged occurrence is

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.K.Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Keteya P.S.Case No.285 of 2014.
