He submits that now the issue stands settled by a Special Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C. M. Union Limited vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in 2014

That being so, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail his

Patna High Court CWJC No.12760 of 2016 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 remedies before the appropriate forum.
