The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that though, the petitioner is the owner of the alleged motorcycle but no one has taken the name of the petitioner in the whole first information report. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
