The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

One motor cycle is said to have recovered in front of the Darwaja of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Muzaffarpur in Paroo P.S.
