The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta (Neora) P.S. Case No.93 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 427, 436, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons having variously armed entered into the shop of the informant and set fire in his shop and the vehicles standing outside of the shop. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that 35 persons including the petitioner are named in the FIR, but no specific accusation has

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph3 of the bail application. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, District Patna in connection with Bihta (Neora) P.S.
