JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and in course of investigation, several witnesses stated that deceased was a lady of questionable character and she developed sweet relation with one Kayamuddin Mian and subsequently, she was found missing. However, after four years of institution of the present case, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and others assaulting the deceased and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
