Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The wife of this petitioner died after 8 years of her marriage.

Allegation is that since the petitioner was demanding money for purchase for land from the parents of the wife, she committed suicide.

The petitioner had approached this Court for anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc.No.29447 of 2017, vide Annexuere-1 and the Court had considered the material in the case diary that did

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No.346 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
