=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 27.9.2006 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 6 of 2006 by the Sessions judge, Madhubani by which he has affirmed the order dated 27.2.2006 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with G.R. Case No. 1680 of 2005/T.R. Case No. 1551 of 2006 arising out of Ladaina P.S. Case No. 87 of 2005.
Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference.
Hence, the revision application stands dismissed. However, considering the period of sentence undergone
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1042 of 2006 dt.16-02-2016 2/2 by the Petitioner, the same is reduced to one already undergone by him.
