JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 The petitioner was posted as Assistant Director, Agriculture (Plant Protection), Patna. He was put under suspension vide Memo No. 535, dated 30.08.2011. Learned counsel submits that on account of the delay in disposal of the criminal case for no latches on his behalf, he is now put under suspension for almost five years. He has made a limited prayer that the representation filed by him for revocation of suspension order be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9662 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files a fresh representation, the same would be disposed of in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It would be open for the petitioner to annex all such documents, on which he may be placing reliance.
