The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 24 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that Bolero Pick-up van, laden with tiles, was stolen by some unknown persons.

Submission is that it is alleged that some stolen tiles were recovered from the house of the father of the petitioner who is a shopkeeper of tiles, thereafter confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded, however, petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Vikash Kumar, is
