JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-08-2015 The issue raised in the present writ application has already been considered and decided in a batch of writ applications, led by CWJC No.14139 of 2006, decided on 13.8.2008.
The issue raised was enhancement of the age of superannuation of DRDA employees from 58 years to 60 years. The Court considered the matter and allowed the writ application with certain direction.

The respondent authorities i.e. Deputy Development Commissioner- cum- Chief Executive Officer, DRDA, Purnea has an obligation to pass appropriate order keeping in mind the ratio of the decision rendered in CWJC No.14139 of 2006 (All India DRDA Staff Welfare v. State of Bihar & others).
