The name of the petitioner appears to have surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused in course of investigation but it is surprising enough that one co-accused, namely Puttu Sharma was caught by the informant and other and the said co-accused, Puttu Sharma did not name the petitioner. Moreover, one co-accused Mohan Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
