2. Grievance of the petitioner is relating to certain alignment of bridge is stated to be not in order. In this regard, this Court has directed the petitioner to furnish a representation to the concerned authority. The petitioner had submitted representation. Taking note of order of this Court dated 25.10.2021 read with the petitioner's representation, on 13.10.2023 detailed order has been passed and the same has been placed on record. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present M.J.C./contempt petition does not survive for consideration.
