JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.Case No. 40 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that 140 liters of the country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner bringing it on the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and police has submitted charge sheet in the matter.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3786 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.Case No. 40 of 2017.
