JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 22.09.2017, seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S.Case No. 37 of 2011 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized five years ago and her husband used to make demand of further dowry and in that connection tortured her and ultimately she was killed by all the accused persons and dead body was disposed of.

It is submitted that specific allegation of making demand of dowry is against the husband of the deceased namely Lalan Mahto and the petitioner is the brother of Lalan Mahto living separately and has no criminal antecedent.

No.17902 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Kishore Mahto, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Dr. Rajesh Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 37 of 2011.
