JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Sahpur P.S.Case No. 105 of 2000 was registered in the year 2000 and the case of the petitioner was committed to the court of sessions in the year 2002 and it appears that petitioner did his parvi from 2002 to 2007 and later on, on 04.04.2007 the bail bond of petitioner was cancelled and, thereafter, he was again remanded in the case on 03.08.2013 and since then petitioner is languishing in jail custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43198 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ara in connection with Sahpur P.S.Case No. 105 of 2000.
