Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR, rather at the belated stage of investigation, it surfaced that petitioner has relationship with co-accused Sudha Devi and in her collusion, the petitioner committed murder. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.05.2017.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material for refusal of prayer for bail, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16825 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 486 of 2017 arising out of Teghra Police Station Case No. 92 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
