1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case no.107 of 2022 registered under sections 304B, 302, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner who happens to be the husband of the deceased was rejected vide order dated 20.1.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. no.40361 of 2022 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months or after framing of charge, whichever is later.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that more than six months have passed since passing of the said order and charge has been framed against the petitioner vide order contained in Annexure-3 on 16.1.2023.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the F.I.R., the observation given in the earlier order of rejection dated 20.1.2023 (Annexure-1), more than six months having been passed since the said order, charge having been framed against the petitioner in the learned trial Court on 16.1.2023 and the petitioner having remained in custody since 4.4.2022, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case no.107 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
