2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 135/2024, G.R. No. 4313 of 2024 dated 09.11.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 137(2), 87 read with section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner eloped with the informant's minor daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is love affair between the petitioner and the victim. As per the impugned order, the petitioner took the victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49294 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 to Delhi but the victim has not raised any alarm while she was being taken to Delhi. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the victim has supported the prosecution in her statement recorded u/s 183 of the BNSS.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Darbhanga in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 135/2024, G.R. No. 4313 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
