The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and when petitioner was arrested, he disclosed that he had purchased the looted mobile and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing on the record to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rojoun P.S.case No. 96 of 2015.
