The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 28.9.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 2, Gopalganj, in Criminal Revision No. 42 of 2004/01 of 2005. On perusal of the impugned Judgment, I find no reason for interference.
Hence, the Revision application stands dismissed. However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to one already undergone by the Petitioners.
