Petitioners seek bail in Buxar Excise Case No.79 (O) of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that total 16.5 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 07.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed.
