The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 3.10.2005 by which the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phulparas has declared the possession of the Opposite Parties in M.R. No. 1 of 2005/T.R. No. 12 of 2005.
Since the Proceeding is of the year 2004, I am not inclined to interfere with the Proceedings at this late stage. The application stands dismissed.
