ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 20.3.2013 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 714 of 2013. Considering that five out of seven witnesses have already been examined, I see no reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner.

The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously preferably within a period of four months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party. However, it is made clear that if the Trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, it shall be no ground to release the Petitioner on bail.
