According to the statements of some witnesses, petitioner was working as driver with the deceased prior to alleged occurrence but later on, he was removed from his service and it is alleged that in the evening of alleged occurrence, petitioner along with one unknown had gone to the house of the deceased and on the aforesaid basis, name of the petitioner has been given in this case. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur District Madhubani in Andharathadhi P.S. Case no. 57/2015.
