Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Treasury Officer, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani as respondent no. 9. Let

Patna High Court CWJC No.11522 of 2016 dt.17-09-2016 2/2 necessary correction be made during the course of the day. Learned counsel for the State accepts notice on behalf of the newly added respondent no. 9.

The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of pension, difference of gratuity and difference amount of leave encashment upon revision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall not press for issuance of notice to respondents no. 7 and 8 and he confines his prayer for direction to the newly added respondent no. 9 to make payment as per Pension Payment Order issued by the Accountant General in his favour dated 09.09.2015, copy of which has been made Annexure-1 to the writ application. Learned counsel for the State submits that the writ application may be disposed off.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 9 to ensure that payment is made to the petitioner in terms of P.P.O. dated 09.09.2015 within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
