Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

No.4732 of 2021(4) dt.10-01-2022 2/3 It is alleged that when the informant was going with Scorpio vehicle along with Manjit Rai, two unknown miscreants intercepted and thereafter pillion rider shot fire from his pistol which hit on his hip. The miscreants also abducted Manjit Rai.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the F.I.R has been registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of co-accused Dharmendra Kumar who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76912 of 2019.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali
