ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 8.6.1988 passed by the court of Sri R.S. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhabua in Trial No.462 of 1988 (G.R. No.400 of 1984), by which he has convicted and sentenced the Petitioners to 2 years 6 months R.I. under Arms Act and one year under Section 324/34 I.P.C., which was affirmed by judgment dated 13.9.2005 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Kaimur in Criminal Revision No.220 of 1988/16 of 2001.

On going through the impugned judgment, I do not find any irregularity in the same. However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
