Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant and his family members have supported that the petitioner and two others bitterly assaulted to the father of the informant as a result whereof he died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the post mortem report would reveal that the Doctor did not find any external injury on the person of the deceased and the cause of death was cardio respiratory failure. Petitioner and others are agnates of the informant and just to pressurize for property dispute false case has been lodged after death of the father of the

Finding substance in the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khaira Police Station Case No. 269 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
