This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 / 17 of the POCSO Act.

In view of the fact that the allegations made against these petitioners are general and omnibus and co-accused Sajan Kumar has been granted regular bail, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
