The Petitioner seeks Revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 7.12.2005 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 62 of 2005 by the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.

On a bare perusal of the impugned Judgment, I am unable to find any irregularity or perversity and, hence, the Revision application stands dismissed.
