The Petitioners seeks bail in Amnaur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the direct allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14892 of 2018(3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 The petitioners are given liberty to renew their prayer for bail after completing one year of custody in jail.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioners and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
