The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant widow of Brahmdeo Yadav named eight accused persons including the petitioner. The informant made specific allegation that firstly Mithilesh Yadav shot her husband on his head, thereafter Arun Kumar Singh, Raju Rai @ Raju Yadav and Randhir Yadav made firing on different parts of the body of her husband. The petitioner is alleged to have threatened the informant to keep quite failing which she would also be annihilated. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. However, learned APP opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is no specific allegation of firing made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Jadia P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014.
