Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that someone informed to the informant on telephone that this petitioner was seen driving his Tractor. Later on, the Tractor was recovered from a lonely place. Suspicion is that the petitioner had committed theft of the said Tractor. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of material and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above
