ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 20.1.2006 passed by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Criminal Appeal No. 46 of 2003 by which he has affirmed the order of conviction dated 8.7.2003 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in Complaint Case No. 205 of 2001.
